A big Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year from all of us at the Maverick Lodger. And what a fab xmas day we had yesterday- a zoom meeting with the family - followed by hosting an Xmas Lunch with friends. Of course, White Russian Cocktails. Cards against Humanity, Brandy Snaps with Cream and Mince pies and plenty of Prosecco were also the order of the day.
- Yes, from today- Boxing Day, aside from the slight hangover, our area is unfortunately now in Tier 3- which means that the Maverick Lodger is closed for short stay accommodation- except for those who are key/ essential workers- or able to stay as outlined by Government legislation.
During this lockdown, we will be keeping busy- refurbing and updating the accommodation so when it opens again- it will be comfier, more luxurious, sparklingly cleaner and stylish for all.
