So like millions of others- we tuned into watch the PM's presentation last Monday- outlining the roadmap back to freedom- but taking it with a pinch of salt for any potential ensuing variants halting the process.
Of course, its not just about government policy announcements- the main issue to combat is the public confidence in returning to travel again. This is something that we will be keeping a strong focus on - and as ever, will be implementing and building on our Covid Policy to ensure our guests remain as safe and comfortable as possible.
Even if restrictions lift on travelling abroad- it looks set to be a complicated process, with longer queues through passport, potential proof of vaccine certificates, late flight cancellations due to country's implementing last minute lockdown changes- so it seems the staycation way of travelling may be a popular easy option for summer 2021.
So with the greatest of pleasure- we are happy to announce that we are currently planning on opening the homestay again on 17th March 2021.
To celebrate- we have implemented an early bird discount of 10% on all bookings made 1 month prior to arrival date on both airbnb and booking.com.
Not only that- the first guests that we can welcome safely back to the Hidden House will be given a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate!
As ever- we are keeping our ear to the ground with local events and hospitality related businesses as they too make plans to slowly emerge from lockdown- All to ensure that our guests stay with us is as fulfilling, authentic and rewarding as possible!
Until then and at present- we are welcoming key and essential workers, or those able to stay for reasons as outlined by the government to still be able to book with us on a short or mid term basis. Weekly and Monthly stays are heavily discounted.
